Free Estimates

Not sure if something is of worth or not. We will always let you know even if it means you keeping it or not. Estimates are always free within 30mi

Full Estate Buyouts

Need an entire house cleared? Every room, kitchen, outside, garage? We can take everything you want gone and monetary amount given for full estate (exceptions being pianos, mattresses, electric beds, chemicals and trash)

Partial Buyout

Just have a room or a few things you want removed? Only certain items will go and monetary amount given for specific items. (exceptions being pianos, mattresses, electric beds, chemicals and trash)

Cleanout

All items taken good, bad, including trash which will be disposed of by us. All trash and donation items taken along with sellable items in lieu of cash. (exceptions pianos & lift beds)

Consignment

Have something you know is worth more or we let you know is worth more then a buyout?Let us sell it for you! Our fee for sales is 30%. We do need to deduct any fees we accrued in transferring your items to our location. These will be waved if you bring your items to us.

Reserve Values

Want a certain amount for your items? Reserve values if there are items you need sold for a certain amount, though please note some buyers avoid reserve value items

Advertising for Consignments

Physical sign postage, social media presence, contacting connections such as local non-profits and buyers, and good old fashion paper ads. We do a bit of everything

Donation

Not only can we take donations but more importantly should we have aged items that haven't sold we donate to those in need within our community.

Community Outreech

The other great thing about being local is we have a heart beat on pressing matters locally and through networking. Things like homelessness, drug prevention, child trafficking, and renovation of historic building.

House Cleaning

Maybe in addition to needing items removed you also need an estate cleaned? We do that as well! Taking details such as number of rooms (including kitchen(s) and common areas) and what you'd like done we can give you estates for this as well.
